Android Intune Enrollment Guide (Crestline - Microsoft Authenticator SMS | App Option)
Security Requirements
- 6 character passcode (will not change if already configured)
- Complex passcode (simple password sequences, such as 1234 or 1111 are not compliant)
- 1 min inactivity screen lock
PLEASE NOTE:
The device will be marked as noncompliant if any of the above policies are violated and HMA resources will be removed. All personal data will remain.
1. Install the Intune Company Portal app from Play Store
2. Open the Intune Company Portal app & tap SIGN IN
3. Type HMA Email & NEXT
4. Type your Password and tap SIGN IN
7. Click the drop-down arrow and choose a method (phone). If you want the authenticator app, please follow the setup guide HERE.
10. Open the Company Portal again and select Begin.
5. Complete Microsoft authenticator, click Next
8. Type your Phone Number and click NEXT
11. Open the Company Portal again and select Begin.
6. Select I want to set up a different method
9. Your MFA has been successfully configured. Click Done.
12. Review the Privacy statement & tap CONTINUE
13. Tap Agree to setup work profile
14. Tap Continue
15. Tap Personal & DONE
16. Tap DONE
17. Tap GOT IT
18. Close app & swipe up to switch to Work profile
9. Open the Outlook app (may take a few min to install) & tap ADD ACCOUNT
20. Tap the account checkbox & tap CONTINUE
21. Tap MAYBE LATER
