HMA uses a virtual desktop technology called Microsoft Windows 365 Cloud PC. Your Cloud PC will have the full Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) and Microsoft Edge installed for documentation creation and collaboration.
Prerequisites
Before you can access your Cloud PC, you'll need to meet the following prerequisites:
- Internet access
- A device running iOS or Android OS
- Microsoft Authenticator (CLICK HERE FOR DOWNLOAD QR CODE)
- A device running one of the following supported versions of Windows:
- Microsoft Remote Desktop client
How to Access HMA Cloud PC
- Install and Open the Remote Desktop application on Windows device (icon below).

- Click Subscribe.

- Enter HMA provided email address then click Next.

Enter your provided credentials then click Sign in.

- Click Next to continue sign in process.

- Install Microsoft Authenticator app on iOS or Android device then click Next.

- Follow prompts to complete Microsoft Authenticator enrollment & click Done.

- Update your account password & click Sign in.

- Double-click the Cloud PC Enterprise icon under the Cloud PC Enterprise 2vCPU/8GB/128GB section.

- Enter the same username and your updated password & click Sign in.

- Enter Microsoft Authenticator code & Click Verify.

- Click Yes to allow remote desktop connection.
